What made you watch it?
You know I seriously seriously hate from the bottom of my heart heavy dramas. Seriously!! I cry easily so I do not want to torture myself. However, this drama has caught my attention because I particularly like Kim Woo Bin for his physique and acting skill.I have had a hate and love relationship with this drama. I seriously hate it and love it at the same time. I was only curious as to what the story was about and of course I wanted to see what kind of character Woo Bin would portray. I only wanted to try to watch a couple of episodes to see how the drama goes... episode 1 and 2 are the most important for me, since I get easily bored. BUT I found my self watching and looking forward for the next episode. I was like a crazy woman to be honest lol One day I like to watch it the next day I hate it to a hilt. I was having a serious argument with my inner self with this drama.

But you said you don't like heavy drama!!
I knoooooow right? But I ended up watching it anyway otherwise I would probably think about it and won't be able to sleep haha I guess the main reason why I got hooked up with it was the acting skills of the protagonist I have to specially mention Kim Woo Bin. Uggghh I was really really into it specially in the scene where No Eul got locked up in jail, he was also locked up in his room and he called his mom and asked for help. This part was the heaviest for me my heart cried out for him. I was in tears watching it. Specially when he said the word "Omma" omg my heart melted.

Let's talk about what you think about the story?
The story was a typical heavy drama genre , it was a stereotypical with lotsa sufferings and hidden secrets like a typical heavy drama should be not my type by the way. What made it different from others was the whole set up and how their fate was intertwined together. How Shin Joon Young tried to fight his affection towards No Eul because of the things he had done to her in the past. If I would describe it in one sentence the first thing that came out of my mind was "too much love can kill you" in a sense where in because of his attraction towards No Eul and the thing about his idiot for nothing father Shin Joon Young suffered so much mentally, emotionally and physically. It also had some comedy part in it so it kinda balanced the whole drama. It was like a roller coaster for me, In one episode they were laughing and joking about things and the next day they were all serious and wanted to die or kill some one.
In all fairness the whole story was good, but what made it even better was the acting skills of the actors. I know I keep on repeating my self but I was seriously swept by woo bin's acting skill that I really wanted to cry with him when he had the crying scenes. He was very playful and I really thought he was a superb actor.

How about suzy's acting skill?
Hmm although I like suzy, I would say that she still needs to improve on her acting skill, I felt that she was missing something I am not sure what was it though . I am not being biased here I know I like Kim Woo Bin I also like her.. I've liked her since dream high days. I just felt she was missing something and was not moved with her acting skill. I could not remember being affected in any of her scenes unless Kim Woo Bin was there with her. The rest of the actors were also good and they were really into their characters.

Did you like the ending?
|
Yes and no. Yes because I was able to predict what will happen, the ending was great there was no heavy drama or anything like that. They made it in a way Shin Joon young's image won't be tarnished with his illness and made the whole cast do the heavy crying before the last and final episode so all you can see there was the whole acceptance and moving on period kinda thing.
No because I was not expecting the whole ending of it. I am contradicting my self I know but it could have been better in my opinion.. How? I am not sure? Perhaps they could have gotten married or maybe those cliche ending i dont know LOL There was a lot of loophole too for me but I guess that's what makes it interesting :) I am contradicting myself again right now but I would probably not watch it if it wasn't like that.
