Hello hello! How's you guys :D I have been quite busy about many things because May is my birth month :D I have been working hard!! This review is looong overdue and for that I would like to sincerely say sorry for the delay :) Anyhow Today's post is about my newly found favorite lip cream.

What is it? Its a lip tint/ lip cream 

How much is it? PHP 230 for one tube

Ingredients:

jojoba oil, Argan oil, Aloe vera leaf juice, Emullium Vitamin E, Vitamin F Forte Leaf/Fruit/Flower pigments. Titanium Dioxide Vegatable Glycerine May contain luxuriant minerals

Since I am not a fan of having too much make up, I like using very little things on my face and of course lippy is a must! Because of my good friend I was able to find this product. Its a new lip cream that are being introduced in the market. 

Do they offer different shades? 
Yes they have the following shades:

The review

Packaging and designs: The tube is small and can easily fit even a small bag which makes it very handy and portable. The design and logo look very sophisticated and classy.

Colors and shade: The colors that they offer are very trendy. They offer different shades that can match up to everyone's taste. If you're in for summer and younger look, naked and sacred are available. If you want to show your sexy side vamp and devious are just the right shades for you and for that classical and chic look vamp is the answer! I personally like vamp because it has this classy shade which I very love.

Smell: Kiss Me Better lip tint smells really good I was really surprise!. Both Naked and Vamp smell like watermelon. The scent  is very  refreshing :) 

Taste:  Its minttttty! I love love mint. It has the mint taste and the cool effect so you will definitely enjoy using kiss me better lip cream :)

Is it transfer proof? 

I have tried using it and I can say that yes its transfer proof once it dries. I wouldn't say its perfectly transfer proof since I did the test it and I still saw some stains but very minimal compare to others.

Does it last long? 

Based on my experience it lasts for minimum of 2 hours. I have actually tried observing it and I could see some residue even after using it for 6 to 7 hours or after eating.

What makes it different from others? 

This lip cream is made locally ♥. Its organic and most of all cruelty free which is a huge plus for me. In addition it is also very affordable :)

What do you like about it?

I love Kiss Me better lip cream ♥. I am currently using vamp for everyday use while I use Naked if I feel like not having anything but  my lippy on. I love the fact that its organic and cruelty free. I also love the smell and the mint taste it has. It lasts long than a normal lip cream and its very convenient and handy to use. Its also very economical. One or 2 swipe on your lips are enough, at least for me :D I have asked and this lip cream is also good for pregnant women and for children :) Its safe girls!

Would you recommend it to your friends?

Yes definitely! I  would recommend this for anyone who is looking for an organic lip cream its very affordable  too!

Would you buy it again? Yes! Would love to try other shades ♥

Last March 31 2017, Dressmenia has officially opened its main branch store located in  the heart of Dasmarinas Cavite. The main store is called Dressmenia Etcetera. Filipino delicacies have always been famous among tourists, foreigners and even in other countries. I have spoken to some of my students who were able to visit our country and they say a lot of good things about the Philippines particularly our  food. We have to admit we love eating! From street food to fast food, from casual dining to buffet, you name it we have them all!

Here are some of my favorite Filipino dishes  that are just so delicious I cannot get enough of them ♥

1. Tinola 

My most fave type of "ulam" which my mummy used to make for me now I do make it myself. I  can eat 2-3 plates of my own tinola ahahaha. This a filipino chicken stew with different vegetables added. It is a very healthy dish.

2.Kare-kare

I used to hate this but now it is one of my favorite :)A filipino dish with ground peanut as the main soup and anchovy as the side dish. I love the peanut sauce that blends with the saltiness of "bagoong". I prefer for the vegetables to be halfcooked.

3. Ginataang bilo-bilo

One of my fave "mirienda" in the afternoon. I remember my childhood days when I eat this. The sweetness and stickiness of the sticky rice that was molded into ball that blends with thickness of coconut milk is just mouthe watering

4. Tokneneng
Who would forget about these orange balls that can be seen almost everywhere on the street? One of my favorite street food that will always be an all time favorite among urbanistas and students :D. Quail egg that was battered in a colorful orange flour and deep fried. "Sukang maanghang" is the perfect partner for tokneneng!

5.Creamy chicken sopas
My all time favorite to eat when monsoon season arrives! A typical filipino dish that can be smelt in any houses during the rainy season. elbow macaroni that was boiled with  milk , meat and lotsa vegetables. Its very nutritious too :)

Some Filipino dishes require skill and experience so you can make them into perfection. If you can make a Filipino dish, you should be proud!  you have the skill! and what better way for you to boast for it? Of course uploading it into social media.

I myself love taking pictures of all the dishes I made. I am proud that I can make them even after trying countless times :D Taking good pictures are also part of it. Here are some of the pictures of some of the dishes I've made:

Hey guys! Happy weekend!! How's your weekend coming along? :D Mine's going great and I have loads of things to do as usual. I have a question! Have you ever heard about the combination of Eskinol & Myra E? Well, it was a big hit  on the FB group I was in so I've decided to try it and see what the fuzz is about. So this post is about this duo who is making big buzz over the internet. 

What is it?
As mentioned it is a combination of  Eskinol ( I think any variant would do) and Myra E vitamin E soft gel. 

So what's the procedure?

Very simple! 

♥Buy the Eskinol cleanser and Myra E vitamin gel (minimum of 2)
♥Combine them together by making a hole in the gel and squeezing the the liquid into Eskinol. Another way is to drop 2 capsules with holes inside the bottle
♥Shake well! (you can wait overnight until they blend together) 

Is it expensive?
Its very cheap and affordable so you don't have to worry about the price. Its probably less than 100 pesos

Directions to use
Same way you use your cleanser. Use it in the morning and at night. I use it only at night since I don't usually go anywhere on weekdays and I always forget to use it in the morning :D

Effects
I am not so sure what effect it should have but  there were two things I have noticed. The first major effect was about my oily face it has  somewhat helped me conquered it. I have always had a very serious oily face when I wake up like you can literally fry an egg on my face ahahaha but ever since using this combo it has lessen dramatically. The second effect was that my face has become smoother and  my pore has become smaller. 

I know i know my chin could kill  you in an instant here but that's not what I want you to look at focus on my skin people focus! Taken after using the eskinol + myra e combo

Aside from these it was just as usual as it was.  I am lucky I was one of those who never had any break out even during my teen years so I cannot comment if this is good for the acne. I heard some said they were able to conquer their break outs just by using this combo.

How long did you use it  until you saw any improvement?
I did not really notice anything for the first few days. I only noticed the effect after a week of using it.

Is it effective?
Based on my experience yes. It has lessen my oily face drastically. It has also helped my pores.

How long have you been using it?
I have been using it for almost 2 months now and I can say that its working wonders for me:)

Anything you did not like about it?
Nothing in particular. When you put myra E inside make sure you either put a hole on the soft gel capsule or you just squeeze out what's inside the capsule into the bottle. I did the latter since I didn't see the use of the capsule being inside the eskinol bottle.

Would you recommend it?
Yes, however I would like to give you a precaution that everyone has different skin type. What might work for me  might not work for you. Use at your own risk.

Yes I would :) it has given me a positive result so  I will continue using it.

Hey guys! How's your week coming along :) Mine's fine and  I am actually a little busy doing some write up. I have a couple of articles which have been sitting in my draft. Uggh! Anyhow today I am going to write about the book I have just finished reading.This book is called Break Free and it is such an awesome book I tell you! I've learnt tons of things.

I never really liked reading books that has something to do with the following topics: Biography, Finance and Economic. They just bore me to death. No offense to those who like these genres but my mind just cannot comprehend at all no matter how much I want to try and get them inside my head. However This book has somewhat made me start changing my opinions about them.  

What is the book all about?

Break Free is a book about how to get you from becoming financial free in 3 years. It features 8 principles that  the author Don Soriano has used to free himself.  It tackles different strategies on how to get yourself prepared and what are the things you need to focus on. There are advice and guidelines you can use so you can start on the right path. I don't want to really divulge too much since I never really like giving spoilers, but what I can tell you is that this is such an awesome book and worthy to have.

What made you decided to read it?

Well! As I have mentioned I am not really a fan of books that involves subject like finance or anything related to this topic. It takes major major things to make me interested. What made me interested to continue on reading this?  I wasn't really keen on reading this until I read what Don said:

This made me laugh and the same time I thought 'yeah it makes sense!' From this point on I started getting interested reading the book. 

Was the book hard to read? 
No! I actually found it very easy to understand. I am really not good in jargon words. Surprisingly the words he used in the book are very easy to understand and if there are words that I don't understand it was very helpful that he was able to explain them in a much better wordings. I know it doesn't make sense now but you have to try and read the book then you'll know what I'm talking about :)

Have you learned anything from it?
Yeah tons! First I have learned that I should probably read more of this kind book. Don made me realize that. Perhaps I am not really keen on this type of book because like I've said I hate boring books. But Don's book was good. It was easy to understand. I also learned the following:

2. A business is not just about money. Without the proper guidance, proper people and proper skills you will just basically send your money down the drain.

3.I learned techniques on how to save money passive income and active income and basically differentiate between them.

4. I learned the art of budgeting! I am not yet a pro but I am starting :) this book made me realize how important it is to manage your money properly

5. Investing is not just about investing money.

6. The importance of having a habit and managing your time  properly.

By reading this book I finally realized that I may have been too careless. I thought I was budgeting money in the right way but It wasn't the case. I thought I was managing my time correctly but I realized I was wrong.I thought by just having money starting up a business is easy but it was a mistake to think that way. The funny thing was I always find myself thinking "yep this is me!" or Yeah he was damn right!" while reading it. This book helped me a lot in realizing the mistakes I am making. So yes I have learned  a lot!

"Life is never meant to be easy. Its the challenges we face along the way that help us grow as individuals" 

"Maybe the reason why God or the universe isn't giving you  what you want right now is because you haven't shown that you're ready"

"Remember , Idle time is the devil's playground. Do not allow yourself to waste and be unproductive."

"Our environment dictates our future. Its up to us to choose which places we want to play in. Live in a negative environment and stay mediocre. Live in a positive way environment and see your life flourish. The choice is yours"

Would you recommend this to others?
If you want to start a business I highly recommend to read this book. If you are the type of person who is not good in budgeting and you find yourself in a rut in how you manage your finance and your time  you SHOULD read this. If you are the type of person like me who is just not into this book I suggest you read this you will definitely enjoy it :)  and if you're currently thinking you want to quit your job now, like now as in now you have to read this.

How would you rate this book?
11/10! I seriously enjoyed this book. As I have repeatedly said this type  of genre is not my forte.  I was amazed that I never got bored with it till the end. If I was able to finished it and was interested from the start till the end then this book must be good. :D
